Quota Safety Notice: Google Gemini API rate limits and quotas apply per Google Cloud project. Multiple API keys under the same project share project quota. Key rotation is designed for credential reliability and fault-tolerance, not quota circumvention.

AI LLM Provider (Section 9 Default: Google Gemini)

All agents communicate through the Provider Abstraction layer and GeminiKeyManager. When configured, agents run against Google Gemini. If empty or in simulation mode, the built-in deterministic fallback simulator runs safely with zero cost.

YouTube Data API v3 OAuth Credentials

Create an OAuth 2.0 Client ID in Google Cloud Console with scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload. If credentials are not yet set, the YouTube Publishing Agent runs in verified simulation mode.

Managed Database Configuration (Section 11 & 16: Supabase Target)

Local development uses the embedded SQLite database (`file:./dev.db`) for zero-ops offline verification. When deploying to Vercel, connect your managed Supabase PostgreSQL instance.
